East Bengal beat Inter Kashi to win maiden ISL title

East Bengal clinched their maiden Indian Super League title with a thrilling 2-1 win over Inter Kashi here on Thursday. Alfred Planas’s brilliant first-time finish gave Inter Kashi the lead in the 15th minute. However, East Bengal scored the equaliser in the 50th minute through striker Youssef Ezzejjari, before Mohammed Rashid scored the winner in the 73rd minute.
