Arsenal`s star striker Viktor Gyokeres has reportedly reconciled with girlfriend Ines Aguiar after the Swedish international had broken up with her last summer following his move to the London outfit.
According to Portuguese news outlet TV Guia, Gyokeres had split with Aguiar claiming he “didn’t want anything tying him to Portugal” after his move from Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon. However, British publication, The Daily Mail, recently reported that the couple are now back together, having been spotted at a restaurant in Lisbon a few days ago.
Interestingly, it is learnt that Aguiar, a Portuguese actress, has also purchased property in London in order to be close to Gyokeres, who scored a vital goal in Arsenal’s 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League semi-final first leg on Wednesday.
The couple met for the first time in 2023, when Gyokeres joined Sporting Lisbon and dated for two years before deciding to go their separate ways.
